Who is La Paz Farm for?

La Paz Farm is for visionaries, creators, healers, and land stewards who feel called to root their dreams into a living, breathing community aligned with nature, spirit, and service.

It is for those ready to live their purpose, not just imagine it.

The long-term vision is to evolve Zone One into a live-in village, at which point full-time opportunities may become available for select members. Those who feel deeply aligned may be invited into deeper stewardship over time.

How does the scheduling system work for shared spaces?

Each December, all members (Roots, Amendments, Core participants) contribute to a shared use calendar for the Community Center and Event Center.

What kind of structures can be built on Creator Lots?

All builds must align with Nomadic Communities' ecological and aesthetic guidelines.

Structures should be simple, regenerative, and harmonize with the land—favoring natural materials, low-impact systems, and beauty that arises from humility and stewardship.Microhomes, eco-cabins, and regenerative tiny homes are encouraged.

Overdevelopment, concrete-heavy, or industrial projects are not permitted.
