La Paz Farm spans 50.9 hectares of vibrant life on the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica—one of the most biodiverse regions on Earth.
The land is a sanctuary of transformation, organized into eight distinct zones designed to weave together community, creation, nourishment, and connection to the wild. Our approach to land stewardship is not one of domination, but of listening—aligning human creativity with the natural flows and intelligence of the Earth herself.

Zone Two will blossom as a retreat and gathering hubZone One will deepen into a permanent community villageZones Five and Six will provide abundant fresh food and medicineZones Seven and Eight will offer quiet sanctuaries for spiritual renewal, connection, and initiation
Each person who joins the La Paz ecosystem becomes a co-creator of this vision.
Land at La Paz is not sold in the traditional sense.
It is entrusted.
Each Amendment, Lot Holder, and Resident is invited to steward their portion of this land with humility, creativity, and care—upholding the living principles that guide La Paz Farm’s existence.
Together, we are planting not just trees, gardens, and structures—but a legacy of regeneration for generations yet to come.
